These Terms & Conditions Agreement for www.thehillhome.in, is in effect as of April 25, 2022.

  • By using or accessing our Services, you are bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to abide by this Agreement, you are not authorized to use our Services.
  • We reserve the right to amend the Terms at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to periodically check for any changes to the Terms.
  • Our Services are not available to persons under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18 (or between 13 and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction of residence), you may only use our Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
  • Upon registration and at all other times, it is your responsibility to provide true, current and accurate information which is completed to the best of your knowledge. Providing fraudulent or incorrect information may result in the immediate termination of your Services and/or account.
  • Upon purchase of our Services, in some cases, you may be required to prove your identity by providing us with government-issued identification and possibly a scan of the credit card used to make the purchase. Failure to provide this information upon request will result in the immediate cancellation of your order and may also result in your account being terminated.
Reservation Policy

Your reservation will be confirmed only after receipt of 100% advance payment of the cottage rental. You may make 100% advance payment using the following modes: 

  • Cash/Debit Card/ Credit Card/NEFT payment to our official bank account.
  • The confirmed booking is transferable.
Cancellation Policy

Confirmed reservation may be altered / cancelled, provided that the intimation is sent to the Company through email 10 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellation or alteration of confirmed booking will attract the following charges.

  • 21 days or more: Full refund
  • Less than 21 days: 25%
  • Less than 14 days: 50%
  • Less than 7 days or no show: 100%
  • Additionally, bookings made within 7 days are non- refundable.
  • No show charge: No refund will be given in case of No Show.

Refund Policy

  • Refund for a confirmed booking will only be considered, if intimation in writing reaches the Company 10 days prior to the check-in date.
  • Refund is subject to the cancellation charges, and the bookings made within 7 days are non- refundable.
  • Refund is paid through Cheque or NEFT in the name of the person who made the booking and paid advance payment.
  • Refund process takes 15 days.

Rescheduling Policy
Guests have the option of rescheduling their booking to any date one month prior to the booking date, and this rescheduling is subject to the availability. Such intimation needs to be sent by email.

Responsible Use and Conduct

  • You agree that certain information about yourself (such as identification, contact details, etc.) as part of the registration process, or as part of your ability to access the premises of the Homestay, that you have provided is accurate, correct, and up to date.
  • Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our homestay premises, is strictly prohibited.
  • You are solely responsible for any consequences, losses, or damages that you may directly or indirectly incur or suffer due to any unauthorized activities conducted by you.
  • We have the right at our sole discretion to remove any content that, we feel in our judgment does not comply with this Terms and conditions.
  • No playing loud music after 9:30 pm.
  • Any misconduct during your stay which breaches the terms and conditions of the Homestay will be reported to the law enforcement authorities.
  • The Hill Home will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary loss or damages, which may be incurred by you as a result of using our Resources.

Check in/out Time
Check-in 12 PM and Check-out 11 AM

Identity Proof
Guests are requested to bring along with them any one of the following Identity Proofs – Adhaar Card, Driving License (for Indian nationals) or Passport (for foreigners).

We shall keep the information provided by you confidential in compliance with the applicable law.
